Miami's signature technique the 4 F's Method helps build self-confidence for the journey ahead.

My goal is to support you through healing past wounds, childhood traumas, unlocking limiting beliefs and other energetic patterns created by your family bloodline. 

I started this journey out by coaching myself through the old stories of who I thought I was due to trauma and life's uncertainties. By discovering nontraditional practices and mastering those ancient enlightenment techniques. I became the Goddess I am today, with the desire of wanting something different for my life.

I’ve mentored hundreds of individuals & families, active senior communities, youth leadership programs, young-adults, survivors of traumatic loss, thought leaders, coaches, and entrepreneurs in subconsciously transforming their lives. Helping them adapt to life-altering challenges by removing any resistance and blockages; to manifest their life-long desires, dreams and goals.

From there I’ve built a coaching business that provides talk therapy guidance, custom programs, products and services, workshops, masterclasses, and online self-paced video courses -complete with spiritual wellness guidance, to help you get there.

Sometimes that means going beneath the surface of your current reality and diving deeper to remove blockages. Sometimes it’s as simple as reminding you to self-care. Sometimes it’s both.
